Concerning Payments:

    - Payments on eligible conversions will be sent to the email address used to register for the Affiliate Program. If another email address is to be used for payment, please contact us with the correct information. 

    - Affiliates will not be eligible for commissions on personal orders.

    - Affiliates residing outside of the US will be paid via PayPal and their payments will be converted by PayPal into their local currency. 

Concerning terms & policy:     

    - Affiliates may not create social media pages/websites containing "Bones Coffee Company", or any variation thereof.

    - Affiliates also agree to not disclose any discount codes created by Bones Coffee Company as they are potentially not for public access and intended for promotional purposes only. 

    - Affiliates may not, under any circumstances, claim to be representatives of or employees of Bones Coffee Company. 

    - Affiliates must obtain expressed, written consent to use Bones Coffee Company's logo on any creative material used to promote their affiliate link. 

    - Affiliates are NOT permitted to utilize and distribute Bones Coffee Company's coupon codes. The only exception to this rule is if Bones Coffee Company provides an affiliate with a personal, custom coupon code based on affiliate level.

Violations of the aforementioned policies will result in an immediate deactivation of the affiliate account without payment of existing eligible conversions.
